FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is a -dle game?
A -dle game is a daily browser puzzle in the style of Wordle. You get one new puzzle each day and try to crack it in a limited number of guesses. Most spin-offs borrow Wordle's name, which is why so many of them end in -dle.
What games are like Wordle?
Plenty. Popular ones include Worldle for countries, Globle for geography, Framed for movies, Bandle for music, and Nerdle for math. Seekdle sorts hundreds of them by category so you can pick what you feel like playing.
Are these games free?
Almost all of them are free to play in your browser. A few, like the New York Times games, need a subscription, but the large majority cost nothing. Seekdle links straight to each game's own site.
Does Seekdle host the games?
No. Seekdle is a directory, not a host. Every game opens on its own website, where the people who built it get the visit. We just help you find them and keep track of the ones you play.
How often do new puzzles come out?
Most -dle games post one fresh puzzle a day, usually resetting at midnight. That daily rhythm is the point: a short challenge you can come back to each morning.
Do I need an account?
No sign-up and no account. Your favorites, theme, and daily checklist are saved in your own browser, on your device, and never sent to us.
How do I find new games on Seekdle?
